Use this link if you’ve been referred to InRange Diabetes via the Medtronic Remote Upgrades Program. If none of the appointment times available are suitable for you, please call reception on 0438 310 573 to make alternative arrangements.
Your appointment will take place over the phone and will run for approximately 10-15 minutes. Upon booking, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation.
